MAR has over 30 years of experience in Multi-family residential work in the Southern Indiana area.  We pride ourselves in our service and work in close collaboration with the Owner to develop plans that meet their specific needs.  By working together, initial construction as well as lifetime maintenance costs can be controlled.  We can assist owners, developers, and contractors at all stages from grant application assistance through construction project monitoring.  Our broad experience includes projects funded through HUD including Public Housing Agencies, Home Funds, and CDBG programs; as well as Tax Credit and USDA Rural Development sources.  We have executed Green Initiative Plans, Energy Audits, Accessibility (ADA) Reviews, and have a trained BPI Analyst/ Envelope and Shell Professional on staff.
